INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND RETAIN
We collect the following general types of information about you when you register on our Website. We may collect combinations of these types of information:
Personally identifiable information (PII) is the information that can be used to identify you. We do not collect PII except when you choose to provide it to us. Some examples of PII that we might collect from you during the use of our Website:
- First and Last Name
- Physical Address
- Email Address
- Telephone Number
- Contact Information
- Any other information you provide to us through the course of communicating with us about the products and services provided on our Website.
Demographic information is the information that refers to selected population characteristics. It may or may not be unique to you. Such information may include but is not limited to, zip code, telephone numbers (including cell phone numbers and carriers), birth date, gender, salary range, education, marital status, occupation, employment industry, and personal and online interests.
Behavioral information is the information about how you use our Website. This may include the pages of our Website you visit, ads, or services you access, and information about your computer hardware and software. Information about your computer hardware and software may refer to your IP address, geographic location, browser preference, operating system type, domain names, number of times you access the Internet, and the websites that referred us to you. This information is necessary to analyze the use of resources, troubleshoot problems, prevent fraud, and improve our services and products.
Third-party information is the information that we may acquire from a third party, which may include personal, demographic, behavioral, and indirect information. We obtain this information so that we can personalize the advertisements shown to you.
Web technology information is the information that we may acquire from a third party, which may also include personal, demographic, behavioral, and indirect information. We also obtain this information so that we can personalize the advertising shown to you.
No Information Collected from Children: We never knowingly collect any personal information of children under the age of 13. Once we obtain actual knowledge that we have collected Personally Identifiable Information (PII) about a child under the age of 13, that information shall be immediately deleted from our database. Since we don’t collect information from children under 13, we have no data to use or disclose to third parties.
We predominately use “session” cookies, which are not permanently stored on your hard drive. Session cookies expire after two hours of inactivity or when you close your browser. When you carry out the purchase of a service or product on our Website, a large amount of data is processed by our system and transferred through each page of the search or registration. This information includes all information you input on a registration page or questionnaire you complete as part of the registration process, including demographic information that is not unique to you. Session cookies allow us to keep track of this data until you have completed your search or registration.
Removing Cookies: You can decline, remove, or accept cookies at any time by modifying your browser settings. You may also request a notification every time a cookie is being set. If you choose to decline cookies, however, that may hinder performance and negatively impact your experience on our Website. Again, to use all the features and functionality of our Website, you need to accept cookies.
Web Beacons: We also use electronic images known as web beacons, also known as single-pixel gifs, clear gifs, or action tags, which allow us to collect certain information about your visit to our Website pages. They can also determine the number of users who visit specific pages on our Website. Web beacons also measure and improve the effectiveness of advertisements and the delivery of services. They are not used to access your PII. Instead, they are a technique used to compile aggregated statistics about website usage. Web beacons only collect a limited set of information including a cookie number, time and date of a page view, and a description of the page on which the web beacon resides. This information might be shared with third parties to understand the kind of visitors our Website attracts, how they use our Website, and the effectiveness of advertisements therein. We may also use web beacons when sending emails to individuals listed on our database.
Disabling Web Beacons: Since web beacons function like any other content request, you can’t opt-out or decline them. However, they can be rendered ineffective by either opting out of cookies or changing the cookie setup in your browser.
IP Addresses: Your Internet Protocol (IP) is a unique Internet address assigned to you by your Internet Service Provider (ISP). For the local area network (LAN), DSL, or cable modem users, an IP address may be permanently assigned to a computer. Web servers automatically log IP addresses. Then, they collect information about a user’s traffic patterns through the logged IP address. While an IP address doesn’t identify an individual by name, with the cooperation of the ISP, it can be used to locate and identify an individual online. Your IP address can reveal what geographic area you are connecting from and which ISP you are using. We automatically track certain information based upon your actions on our Website. We may use this information to do internal research on our users’ demographics, interests, and behavior to understand better, protect, and serve the community. This information may include the URLs you visited before and after visiting our Website, as well as your computer information.
HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION COLLECTED
Providing Services and Products: We use the information we gather on our Website to provide the services or products you have requested. This may include passing your information on to a third party with whom we have a contract to provide such services. Although our contractual arrangement limits how such a third party can use your information, we do not control the privacy practices of such third parties. If you have any questions or wish to remove your information from the third party’s database, you shall need to contact that party directly.
Improving our Website: We also use the information we gather on our Website to improve how we respond, operate, create a positive user experience, and deliver the services you requested from our Website. Our services involve displaying personalized products, content, and advertisements based on your experiences and interests. The information we gather on our Website may be shared with other companies under the principle of common ownership.

We may disclose a combination of your personal, demographic, behavioral, or indirect information to third parties worldwide, as detailed below:
Service and Product Delivery and Vendors: We may share your information with third parties who help us in the delivery of the products and services you have requested. We disclose information to companies and individuals we employ to perform technical operations and functionalities on behalf of the Website. This includes third parties who analyze our data, host our Website, provide marketing assistance, process credit card payments, and provide customer service. These companies and individuals may not share that information with any other third party or use that data for any other purpose.
Third-Party Products and Services: We may disclose such information to third parties to provide you with information about the opportunities, products, or services of third parties. We use the data and data logs we have about you, including the interests and preferences you have expressed, to determine whether you might be interested in the opportunities, products or services of a particular third party. This type of marketing may be in the form of email offers or mobile offers sent to you by third parties or telemarketing calls from them.
Anonymous information: We may also share aggregated anonymous information with third parties about you and other persons using our Website so that they can understand the type and behavior of our Website visitors. This includes demographic information and behavioral information.
Legal Process: We disclose the information if legally required to do so, or at our discretion if requested by a governmental entity, or if we believe in good faith that such action is necessary to: (a) comply with legal requirements or processes; (b) preserve our rights or property or our affiliated companies; (c) prevent a crime or protect national security, or (d) protect the personal safety of users or the public.
Acquisition or Merger: In the event that a third party acquires any or all of our business, whether the transaction is by way of purchase, consolidation or merger of all or a partial but substantial part of our assets, we may disclose and transfer data and/or information to the aforementioned third party. Besides, in the event we become the subject of an insolvency proceeding, whether voluntary or involuntary, we or our liquidator, administrator, receiver or administrative receiver may sell, license or otherwise dispose of such information in a transaction approved by the court. You shall be notified of the sale of all or a substantial portion of our business to a third party by email or through a prominent notice posted on the Website.
Again, in each of these situations, the recipients of your data may potentially be in any country in the world.
THIRD-PARTY USE OF YOUR INFORMATION
Third parties also collect and use information about you on our Website in the following way:
Advertiser cookies and web beacons: Advertising agencies, advertising networks, and other companies who place advertisements on our Website and the Internet generally may use their cookies, web beacons, and other technology to collect information about you. We do not control the collection techniques of such third parties. We have no responsibility for the use of such technology to gather information about you.
Hyperlinks: Our Website may contain hypertext links to the websites of third parties. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such other websites. Such links are provided for your convenience and reference only. We do not operate or control any information, software, products, or services available on such third-party websites. We are not responsible for any third-party emails sent to you that do not contain any advertising from us.
Opting Out of Email Marketing Material: If you no longer wish to receive our promotions, you may opt out by sending us an email to [email protected].
Telemarketing: We, as well as our advertisers, may use your PII to advertise, directly or indirectly, to individuals using direct mail marketing or telemarketing using telephones and cell phones even if you have your telephone number or cell phone number listed on a state or federal do not call registry. By registering and using our Website, you agree that such registration and request constitutes a purchase, an inquiry, or an application for the objective of the Amended Telemarketing Sales Rule, 16 CFR §310 et seq. (the “ATSR”). Notwithstanding that your telephone number may be listed on the Federal Trade Commission’s Do-Not-Call List, once you register and use our Website, you have authorized us to communicate with you through telemarketing in conformity with the ATSR. Moreover, by registering with, or requesting information from, a third-party advertiser at or through our Website or other advertisement media made available by us (e.g., email marketing), you agree that such action shall constitute a purchase, an inquiry, or an application with the respective third-party advertiser for purposes of the ATSR. If you no longer wish for us to contact you through the telephone, you may do so by sending us an email at [email protected] by providing your name and telephone number.
Wireless Addresses: If the email address you provide to us is a wireless email address, you agree to receive messages at such address from us or third parties with whom we may share your email address or telephone number unless and until you have requested not to receive such messages by following the instructions in the removal portion of this policy. You understand that your wireless carrier’s standard rates apply to these messages. Removal of Wireless or SMS addresses: You may remove your information from our database. If you remove your information from our database, it will no longer be used by us for secondary purposes, disclosed to third parties, or used by third parties or us to send promotional correspondence to you. You may remove your information by sending your request in writing via email to [email protected]. You may also do this by sending “STOP”, “END”, “QUIT” to the SMS text message you have received.
