You may submit the Notice of Copyright Infringement Form only for complaints in accordance with the DMCA. This form is not an acceptable way to notify PlatformPay.io of any other type of infringement, and the complainant is responsible for seeking all available legal remedies for complaints not confined to this purpose. PlatformPay.io is primarily operated and managed on servers located and operated within the United States. To provide our products and services to you, we may send and store your PII, also known as your data, outside of the country where you reside or are located upon the use of our Website, including to the United States. Accordingly, if you reside or are located outside of the United States, your PII may be transferred outside of the country where you reside or are located, including countries that may not or do not provide the same level of protection for your information. We are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of PII when it is transferred. If you reside or are located within the European Economic Area (EEA) and such transfers occur, we take appropriate measures to deliver an adequate level of protection for the execution of processes in any such country as you would have within the EEA to the extent feasible under applicable law.
