Affiliate World Asia 2025 once again delivered on its reputation as the world’s leading performance marketing conference. With over 7,000 attendees from more than 110 countries, the event brought together advertisers, affiliates, networks, traffic sources, and technology providers across every major vertical.

Hosted in Bangkok, the conference created an unmatched environment for learning, networking, and building real relationships. From ecommerce and subscription based businesses to high-risk and regulated industries such as telemedicine, the audience reflected a mature ecosystem focused on scale, compliance, and long-term growth.

Day Zero: Starting Strong

The week began with a “Day Zero” TTMeetup event at Moxy Bangkok Ratchaprasong, welcoming over 700 attendees in a relaxed, social setting.

We hosted a pop-up booth where we connected with new prospects and existing clients over great conversation and cocktails.

That evening continued with an advertiser-heavy networking event hosted by Sticky.io at The St. Regis Bangkok, offering valuable face-to-face time with many of our clients and partners before the conference officially opened.

Two Days of Nonstop Engagement

The main conference days at the Centara Grand and Bangkok Convention Center were packed with energy. Our booth saw continuous traffic, with conversations ranging from payment stack optimization and media buying strategies for Q4 holiday e-commerce offers to scaling recurring revenue programs.

It was especially rewarding to meet long-time clients in person for the first time and to connect with operators focused on building sustainable, high-performing businesses.

Main Stage Spotlight

On Day Two, our General Counsel Patrick Downes took the Main Stage at AW Bangkok to present a case study on compliance, risk management, and operational best practices for advertisers operating in high-risk verticals which featured a case study showcasing client success over a multi-year period.

His presentation translated complex legal and regulatory challenges into practical insights, reinforcing our role as a strategic payments partner committed to long-term merchant success.

Recognition and After Hours

The week concluded with a special awards dinner hosted by Conversion Club, where PlatformPay.io was honored with “Online Payment Solution of the Year”.

Following the ceremony, the team joined hundreds of attendees at the Affiliate White Sensation party, closing out the conference on a high note with great energy and strong connections.

Elite Ecommerce Dinner

After the conference wrapped, we hosted an invite-only Elite Ecommerce Dinner: Steak, Strategy & Smoke for founders and operators scaling ecommerce brands.

The private dinner focused on genuine conversation, premium bites, and meaningful connections. With no pitches and no stage, the evening felt more like an after-hours mastermind than a traditional networking event.
